These groups gather on a WEEKLY basis and are FREE to participate, unless otherwise noted. Click the day of the week to see available times.

How to Use Zoom
- To join a Zoom meeting, simply click on the link provided by the facilitator.
- If joining from a computer (Windows, Mac or Linux), your internet browser will open and prompt you to download and install a small file. When the installation is complete, you will be prompted to enter any name you want to use during the meeting. After clicking “Join,” you will have the option of joining audio by computer or by phone; most participants join by computer (click on “Join Audio by Computer”).
- If joining from a mobile device (Android, iOS or BlackBerry), you will be prompted to download the Zoom app. Once installed, tap again the link provided by the facilitator.
