The Embrace #120: What If It Were True?
What If He lives?
What if He never died?
What if I never die?
Is it possible?
What If He lives?

Some years ago, I traveled down into Mexico to study Spanish. I had taken an extended leave from my job allowing this opportunity. A lovely Mexican family hosted me. My departure date to return to America had arrived. I was standing in line for check-in at the Morelia airport. When I got up to the ticket counter, the representative asked for my passport.
Last week I returned from the Netherlands where I took part in an event in The Hague organized by Take Heart Publications. There about fifty people gathered from a dozen countries to join together around the theme of Co-Creating Our New Earth.
Love never dies. Bodies may pass, be left to rest. But Love never dies. A few years ago, in 2020, I experienced a miscarriage. It was one of the most heart wrenching times of my life, yet it turned out to be one of the most magical, loving, heart-opening experiences ever.
Dear friends, I am Jeshua, a brother and kindred spirit. I call on you to believe in who you are and in what you bring to Earth at this time. There is a fire within you – a calling, an inspiration. How can we live and breathe and know the reality of these words in the depths of our bodies, hearts, minds, and souls?
I grew up thinking that things should be achieved with effort and dedication. I learned in the past that merit and striving had an intrinsic capacity to add value to my actions. “If I do it with sacrifice, somehow it will be worth more.”
My Dad’s passion was photography, and his favorite subject matter was ugly courthouses, thunderclouds, scenic landscapes, and Art Deco architecture. Whenever we were on vacation he would always have two cameras hanging around his neck.
World peace? A new era of cooperation among all nations? The eradication of poverty? Millions of us have had such hopes and aspirations only to be pulled back to “reality” on hearing the latest news of ongoing warfare, souring relations between countries, or the rise in homelessness and poverty.
I’d bet more than a few of you remember The Great Recession. It had been a rough couple of years before we even landed there. My dad’s health started to decline in 2006. At the same time, my pregnant daughter had moved home.
